We are proud to announce the release of our new Bug Reporting tool. We’re calling it the Cy-Bug Reports Google Form and you’ll have direct access to report any technical issues you find while exploring the kingdom. When reporting an issue, please be sure to fill out all required fields. Here are some examples of issues that could be reported (please do not report these as they’ve already been documented):
-Friends lists are not populating until you double click on the middle of the menu
-Puppet String hat gets stuck on avatar
-Photos are sometimes warped when you use the MyVMK Camera
Please note that the following issues should NOT be reported in this form, and should be reported as a Call for Help in game:
- Item(s) missing from your inventory
-Not receiving a HOST event prize when you believe you should have
-Issues with tasks in a Quest

After you log-in on the homepage, click on the Claim Movie Ticket Pins hyperlink and submit an image of your ticket to receive an exclusive pin! Due to current circumstances, players may submit a photo of any of these four movies on their screen (including Disney+ and Blu-ray) with their avatar in the picture. You may need to reduce the size of the screenshot if the file size is too large for your submission. It may take a few days for the pin to appear in your inventory, so please be patient with us as our moderation team reviews them! Guests may only submit one screenshot for each movie. Multiple submissions will not be accepted.
